Hessische Landesbahn GmbH (HLB) is planning to build a new maintenance facility for rail vehicles in the north of the city of Butzbach. The maintenance facility should have systems for the operational and heavy maintenance of vehicles with electric and diesel drives.As part of this new construction of the Butzbach maintenance facility, maintenance halls with mechanical engineering and technical equipment will also be created. The subject of this tender is the following services: Turnkey building construction services for the workshop (145,000m3), the bogie cellar (10,000m3), das operations building (12,000m3) and the URD building (3,000m3).
