Description:
The district of Harburg intends to renovate the roofs and facades of the Hittfeld school center in Seevetal in three construction phases.
- 1st construction phase: high school
- 2nd phase of construction: sports hall high school
- 3. Construction phase: IGS
The proposed measures essentially include the energetic Refurbishment and modernization of the building envelope.
The specialist planner should provide services from the service phase 1.

The total area includes
- 1st construction phase: high school approx. 19,577.04m2 GBGF
- 2nd phase of construction: sports hall high school approx. 4,674.32 m2 GABF
- 3rd construction phase: IGS approx. 7,340.82 m2 GABF
- Project costs:
1st phase of construction: approx. 11,000,000 EUR (gross) for KG 200-500 and 700 according to DIN 276.
2nd phase of construction: approx. EUR 1,961,000 (gross) for KG 200-500 and 700 according to DIN 276.
3. Construction phase: approx. 5,200,000 EUR (gross) for KG 200-500 u. 700 according to DIN 276.
