- The university plans to award roof care from October 1st, 2025. The duration of the contract is 4 years. The performance includes the maintenance and inspection of a total of 120,370 m2 roof area on 24 buildings. The allocation is divided into two lots.
Lot 1 - northern campus
Consisting of a new lecture hall building NHGB, business informatics, law and economy, collection building, central lecture hall building, student house, cafeteria, administration building, philosophy and theology, central library, crawling room.
Los 2 - south of campus
Physics, pre -clinic, western natural sciences, data center, chemistry - pharmacy, Disposal center, vehicle hall with salt warehouse, kindergarten "Unikum", sports center, technical center, parking garage south, western natural sciences
