New construction of the GS Menigamme
The LV roof seal includes:
- Compact roof with foam glass insulation approx. 2,250 sqm
- Retention roof 0% with greening of biodiversity and terrace approx. 2,250 sqm
- Flat roof 3% mineral wool, green roof extensive and PV UK approx. 1,200 sqm
The building to be created is in accordance with of the certification system of the German Society for Sustainable Building (DGNB) according to the criteria catalog building new building 2018 and the usage profile "New building educational buildings (NBI)" planned and executed. Furthermore, a Qng certification is sought for the building.
