Description:
The content of the services listed in accordance with the services is the provision of extended roofing work consisting of :? Roof structure - flat roof with Attica? Main drainage and emergency drainage? PV system substructure including fall protection? Sealing work (escape balcony, Door thresholds and roof implementations of special note regarding bidding questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-Cov-2 or Ukraine War): Please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of Materials and products, workers, a delayed provision of the required evidence, impact on any subcontractor etc. Questions that occur in this context, we ask you to provide in good time before the offer. You can also do so 10.4 ff of the other special contractual terms (WBVB) of the MPG. Execution periods: The execution must begin within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the AG (§5 Paragraph 2 Clause 2 VOB/B). The request will be required. approach until 01.10.2025. The performance must be completed (ready to take off) within 244 working days after the deadline specified above. (6 working days/ week)
