As part of a new or renovation, room air-technical systems for a clean room consisting of two measurement areas are advertised.

The services include planning, delivery and assemblySystem components:

supply air supply

The supply is carried out via turbulent repression in accordance with ISO class 6 with an air change of 70-160 m3/m2 . H and an inflation speed of approx. 0.4 m/s.

Laminar ceiling

Installation of an approx. 40 m2 laminar ceiling at approx. 4.75 m room heightFor even air distribution.

Total air volume flow

Provision of an air volume flow from SA. 22,050 m3/h, of which at least 450 m3/h outer air, 11,100 m3/h prepared air and 10,500 m3/h rechargeable air.

Raumklimabellungen

Ensuring 23 degrees +/- 0.5 degrees and 50 % +/- 10 % R.F.With a cooling load of approx. 10 kW.

Measurement area 1

Delivery and assembly of a cabinet for external air and circulation operation with two filter levels, water cooler, air heater, steam humidifier and fan. An external preliminary conditioning unit for the outside air is planned. Line inKeller headquarters.

Measurement area 2

Delivery and assembly of a identical cabinet in the pure circulation operation. Setup directly in the clean room behind a pretext.

Air guide

supply supply to channels to the laminar blanket, exhaust air suction close to the ground. Outside air share via connection to the existing network.

Laminar ceiling and plenary structure

Montage of a support grid cover system 1200x1200 mm for absorbing filter fan units with EC technology and HEPA filters.
