- The subject of the procurement are framework agreements with one framework contract partner each for route maintenance on the high-pressure natural gas pipelines NEL, OPAL, EUGAL, JAGAL and STEGAL in ten (10) lots. Operator or owner of the Natural gas high-pressure long-distance pipelines OPAL, EUGAL, JAGAL, STEGAL is GASCADE Gastransport GmbH. The operator or owner of the NEL high-pressure natural gas pipeline is NEL Gas-transport GmbH. The client in lots 1 - 8 is GASCADE Gastransport GmbH. The client in lots 9 and 10 is NEL Gastransport GmbH. Lot 1 (OPAL, EUGAL) Route maintenance includes the services listed in the service lists for lots 1 - 10. A distinction must be made between the following works: - Clearance and nursing work This work concerns the areas to be maintained at the natural gas shut-off stations, divided into woody plantings, meadows or lawns, gravel lawns or gravel areas, access areas (gravel or composite paving) and the Eaves areas (gravel strips or concrete slabs around station fence). Flat-rate prices must be offered for this work for the duration of the framework agreements. This work must be carried out by the client on an annual basis. - Keeping routes clear This one Work relates to the protective strip areas of natural gas pipelines and connecting lines in forest areas, succession and fallow areas, as well as bank edge plantings, roadside areas, which must be kept free of trees and undesirable woody growth.
