- The state and building supervision of Kaiserslautern (LBB) intends to renovate the facade and the roof of the canteen (building 30) on the RPTU Kaiserslautern. The building was in 1979 in reinforced concrete steward construction with large-scale-glazed infringes in the standardized post bar System built. The complex extends over an area of approx. 4050 m2, has two above -ground floors and is partially lower cellar. In 1998 a three -storey administrative building was affiliated to the existing building. For technical and energetic reasons, both the facade (approx. 1,800 m2) as well as the roof (approx. 4,000 m2) can be completely renovated. Building law classification The building is to be classified in building class 3 (GK3) as a regulated special building as a regulated special building as a regulated special building (assembly site in accordance with VStattVO) and in accordance with Section 2 (2) No. 3 LBauO. Use in the UG are mainly technology and storage rooms, the EC is used in the public part as a cafe and foyer. The non-public part includes technology and storage rooms, administrative offices and part of the canteen kitchen. Using as a cafeteria takes place on the upper floor, whereby the Shop surface is used half as a guest room cafeteria and the other half as a canteen kitchen. The cultivation is an office use from the EC to the 2nd.
