• Örtzetal barracks Munster, renovation of heat generation in the Munster-South area A new heating plant is being built in the Örtzetal barracks in Munster. In addition to the heating plant, existing heat supply lines in the construction site must also be relocated. The required ones Electrical installations include the equipment of a heating plant as well as several connected building and outdoor areas. The services described below are a supplement to those already advertised: The heat generation system consists of the following main components: - 2 x 2.0 MW wood chip boiler systems including moving floor, fuel conveying, ash removal and exhaust gas cleaning - 1 x 7.2 MW + 1 x 3.8 MW natural gas boiler - 3 x natural gas CHP plants, each with approx. 260 kW (el) and 390 kW (th) - Ancillary systems such as pressure maintenance, water treatment, buffer storage, network pump system including associated piping. - Thermal insulation of the pipes and fittings - Building automation for the above-mentioned system components Before the start of the Building construction measures require existing heat supply lines to be relocated from the construction site. This involves a new low-pressure hot water route (NDHW) as an underground plastic jacket pipeline (VL + RL) with a total route length of 650 m (325 trm DN 250, additional pipes in DN 40 to DN 125) (pipeline construction and civil engineering).
