• The local recreation area Gretmuehle is located in the east of the city of Landshut and comprises a bathing lake with a lawn (in other words approx. 10 ha), a surfsee (approx. 7 ha) and the parking lot (approx. 1.6 ha). The usage times for the local recreation area are in the season (May to September) from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Outside of these times, the stay is generally prohibited. The use is regulated in the statutes of the city of Landshut for the local recreation area Gretmuehle, and further restrictions were also decided for the barbecue area by the city council decision. The guard is used for compliancethe regulations during the operating times and the prevention of unauthorized stay and disturbances at night.
