Description:
The aim of the tender is to have a framework agreement over 3 years (optionally the contract can be extended by another year) about the procurement of brand new, mobile devices and suitable accessories that can be obtained independently or in conjunction with the devices, including the On-site maintenance and the delivery of these devices to the agencies of the tax authorities of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Around 35,000 mobile devices are currently in use in the state financial administration. The estimation (the expected acceptance over the entire contract run) is around 38,000 devices. The new devices are used in various areas of the state financial administration, the actual start for the Services of the contractor with regard to maintenance are set uniformly for all systems on April 20, 2026. The services to Maintenance by the contractor must be carried out from the delivery time (delivery to the RZF NRW). A verification test position is carried out in advance. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 50,000.
