- Carrying out the legally required audit of the annual financial statements and management reports for the companies FBB and FEW, the statutory audit of the consolidated financial statements and group management report of the FBB Group as well as the voluntary audit of the FBB AAV.
In addition, other services can be provided to provide technical advice and support to the FBB in the sense of answering inquiries about individual accounting matters/questions, matters arising from Section 53 HGrG reporting as well as inquiries from committees, which, if necessary, can be answered in parts after a special request or must be provided as an overall service based on evidence.
The contract term initially refers to the audit of the 2026 financial year. The contract begins when the contract is awarded, but no earlier than October 1st, 2026 and ends on September 30th, 2027. In addition, the client also reserves the right for to access these services for the financial years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 - by submitting a unilateral written declaration to the contractor.
