Framework contract for the purchase, delivery, rollout and the maintenance of document and needle printers
Document printer
The state capital Munich (LHM) needs modern, powerful, ergonomic and reliable document printer for the KVR.
Taking into account the central Procurement structure of the LHM, the fast pace in the IT area, which requires a quick and flexible procurement and the operation of suitable, sustainable and inexpensive document printer is a framework agreement (two lots: lot 1 document printer) via purchase, delivery, rollout and Maintenance of document printer advertised across Europe.
This framework agreement has a term of 4 years (48 months).
The expected non -binding needs of devices for the lot 1 over 4 years (48 months) for the KVR of the LHM:
Estimated acceptance quantities: 290 devices
The Duration of the maintenance services (remuneration according to flat -rate fixed price) (optional) amounts to 36 months. The rollout is optional.
