The MPG would like to offer its employees an advisory and support program in the sense of external employee and manager advice - hereinafter referred to as EMAP (Employee and Manager Assistance Program). The employees shouldIndividual advice for professional and personal stress and crises as well as information or the provision of further support and advice services can be made possible. If necessary or in individual cases, referral should be made to qualified professional therapists, institutesitions and clinics are offered.
The aim is to offer employees easy access to professional advice, which is free of charge, anonymous and available to them at any time.
It is assumed that around 6,000 hours of advice will be provided over a 4-year contract period.
