Description:
It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator for legal services. The contractor should advise the client on selected issues of individual and collective labor law as well as social and collective law (public service collective agreement, TVoeD) as well as on questions of temporary employment.
The human resources department of the general administration does not bring in the contractor as part of a exclusive framework agreement for out-of-court advice or legal representation in particularly difficult cases. The client reserves the right before, In standard cases of a labor or social law nature, local law firms at the respective place of jurisdiction are to be commissioned to pay the statutory fees.
The client estimates the performance shares to be around 80% for individual labor law, around 10% for collective labor law and collective bargaining law and around 10% for social law. However, this distribution is only an estimate and is not binding.
A project team of at least four lawyers is required.
