- Exam and advice with the aim of ensuring the legal certainty of the fee calculation for waste management as well as for road cleaning and the respective total billing based on the admissibility of calculation approaches and billing methods/content. The relevant legal framework for the BSR is the Berlin Operations Act (BerlBG) as well as the legislation Promotion of the circular economy and securing the environmentally friendly elimination of waste in Berlin (KRW-/FFG BlN) and the Road Cleaning Act (Strreing). The aim of the business examination of the overall accounting is also to submit a judgment about whether the information in the subject object in all essential issues corresponds to the contractual criteria from the contracts listed above and thus whether the costs included in the annual invoices can be derived from the cost calculation and are related to the provision of winter services and the Gully cleaning services. In addition, the BSR should be shown legally possible options for action with regard to questioning questions.
