Operation of the Baden-Wuerttemberg network area
The tender for The framework agreement for expert services includes the support of terranets bw's pipeline projects during ongoing operations in various lots. The required scope of services is almost identical for both network areas or lots 1 and 2. The AG intends to have several framework agreements for each lot to complete project-related awards. However, there is no requirement for a minimum turnover. When working according to the framework agreement, the scope of services is determined by the call or after consultation between the contractor and the client's project manager on the basis of a list of services determined with. The following services are expected to be provided: Lots 1 and 2 - expert work in accordance with the Ordinance on High-Pressure Gas Pipes (GasHDrLtgV), random checks in the course of pipe laying work in accordance with DVGW worksheet G 463 - issuing expert reports according to §5 GasHDrLtgV and the preliminary and final certificates according to §6 GasHDrLtgV The services are essentially to be provided by experts within the meaning of § 13 GasHDrLtgV.
