RV external tendering services 2025 - 2026
Legal advice is neither owed nor expected by the contractor. The scope of the services cannot currently be determined. The implementation of approx. 20-60 award procedures is currently being carried out in the year. These procurement procedures can affect building, delivery, as well as services and freelance services and must be assigned to both the upper and subsequent gifts.
The Estimated amount of services (including options according to the number
4.2 RVB), on the basis of the advertised framework agreement
is expected to be called up, is set to 99 award procedures.
The actual order quantity is not determined, i.e. this can be higher or lower. A minimum acceptance amount has not been agreed, i.e. there is no claim for the contractor against the client on the call of services.
