• Gewobag is a state-owned housing company of the State of Berlin with over 70,000 apartments, which owned Gewobag and Gewobag WB Wohnen in Berlin GmbH, Gewobag PB Wohnen in Prenzlauer Berg GmbH, Gewobag EB Development and Bau support company MBH and Gewobag KAGmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "other society" and together "other societies"). Safe, inexpensive, consumer -friendly, efficient, environmentally friendly and greenhouse gas -neutral heat supply is one of Gewobag's goals. In 2013 the Gewobag wasEnergiedienstleistungen GmbH (hereinafter "Gewobag Ed") founded as a 100 % subsidiary. GEWOBAG AG and the other companies as landlords have generally have the heat supply since the Gewobag ED was foundedthe requirements of § 556c BGB converted to an independently commercial heat delivery.
