- The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Leadership Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of approximately 415,000 l/year of synthetic HVO diesel in its pure form (100% paraffinic diesel fuel according to DIN EN 15940) via a contractContract term of 1 year with extension option of max. 2x 6 months. Facilities of the Bavarian State Estates (BaySG) throughout Bavaria are authorized to receive the fuel. The fuel can be delivered to 19 delivery points in Bavaria. The call-offs form the basis of the estimated quantities relevant for calculationquantities from the last few years and do not oblige you to accept them. Minimum purchase quantities can be found in the individual items.
