Description:
The aim of this procurement procedure is the allocation of a framework contract for consulting services for the legal support of the property management of the BSI. Property management is understood to mean the contractual design of the rental contracts, including the contract negotiation and advocacy of the BSI in relation to the BIMA and third parties. In addition, there are all other contractual relationships that are directly related to the BSI properties (such as maintenance contracts, cleaning and maintenance contracts, obtaining necessary permits, security services, etc.).
The focus of the framework contract should be legal advice within the framework of the legal design of specific contractual relationships as well as the general advice and examination of commercial law, contractual law and possibly also contractual issues in connection with the property management. In this context, not only the admissibility and implementability of projects should be shown, but also associated potential and risks in highly volume tenant investments.
