Description:
MPG has a regular need for delivery of monitors from various manufacturers and additional services. The subject of this procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of framework agreements with up to three (3) framework contract partners who provide the client on demand from the RV support the selection of screens (monitors) and provide him with them. The client is particularly interested in a variety of manufacturers, so that when an offer is submitted, there must be a commitment to the manufacturer offered and surcharges must not be awarded to bidders with the same manufacturers.
The framework agreement with several contractors put into competition here enables the contractual partners to take part in individual competitions in specific cases of need to cover the client's complex needs at its various institutes. These individual competitions can take different forms (= two competition segments):
On the virtual marketplace, the respective RV partners are in constant competition with each other.
b) as a so-called mini competition in accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 5 VgV.
By accepting this framework agreement, the future RV partner is entitled to participate in the (individual) competitions and is obliged to do so - unless this is reasonably impossible for a specific individual request.
