- The subject of this contract is the provision of the following services for the implementation of the overall security service for the BR cycle tour from 2026 - 2029, in particular: - overall security management for the evening events or in overall project responsibility for the order - section management at the evening events - security staff at the evening events - guarding the respective event area during construction work - guarding the event area (night guard), etc. if the same area is used for several days - section management at the start, in the Lunch places and at the finish line - Security guards at the start, if necessary during water breaks, in the lunch spots and at the finish line - Section management for looking after the cyclists' overnight accommodations - Security guards for looking after the overnight stays of the cyclists Cyclists - Guarding the bicycles in the quarters (bicycle parking spaces and e-bike charging stations) - Security staff for looking after the cyclists during check-in - Security staff for looking after the cyclists when the special trains arrive and depart at the respective train station - Personnel at the evening events, for setting up and dismantling the isolation systems (entrance gates), crash barriers and police bars, in front of and in the stage area, hoarding banners and hoarding flags at entrances, exits, emergency exits and other positions. from February 2nd, 2026 and can be extended for a further 12 months up to a maximum of 4 years. Exercise of all extension options on January 31, 2030, without the need for written termination by the contracting parties. Maximum purchase volume over 4 years is 35,000 hours of the advertised services plus 4,500 pieces of the advertised equipment.
