Description:
The BMUKN should support the contractor (on) in the following aspects:
- Nuclear law issues: Legal support Regarding all relevant legal provisions in relation to the final and interim storage and transportation of radioactive waste. This includes in particular the areas of nuclear law, standing, financial, financial constitution and constitutional law and with these often contextual areas of legal areas, such as spatial order, water, construction and mountain law.
- Financing questions: Support in answering questions regarding the current Financing system (including the distribution key used) and the conclusion of public law contracts to replace the cost, contribution and contribution collection, as well as any legal or ordinance proceedings.
- Organizational questions: support In the case of the BMUKN, organizational changes to the responsibilities in the context of intermediate and final storage, in particular with regard to the perception of tasks by the Federal Society for End storage mbH (BGE), and the Federal Society for Interim MBH (BGZ) and involved Authorities.
