Description:
It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with an economic participant, which for the Max Planck Society (MPG) an average of around 100 award procedures according to the law against competitive restrictions (GWB) and the award regulation (VGV).In order to relieve the internal departments, the construction parts of these procedures should in future be supervised by an external service provider.

The main tasks of the external service provider include:

1. Building care of VGV procedures:
Participation in the implementation of approx. 100Ahren per year, including framework contract agreements, from preparation to the awarding of the contract.

2. Optimization of project processes:
Participation in improving the process processes.

3. Clarification of issuance and contractual issues:
in coordination with the legal department and the constructionPayment authority.

4. Creation of sample templates:
Development of intelligent templates for VGV rates that become the property of the MPG.

5. Participation in the preparation and implementation of tenders: creation of schedules, tender documents, constructional examination of applicationn and offers as well as documentation of the process results....
