The advertised services include: construction phase 2 New rainwater treatment facility (RBA, three lamella clarifiers connected in parallel) on the southern part of the Spoykanal car park. Including a new introductory point in the spoy Canal and the supply/drainage management with bypass as an emergency overflow (DN 315 mm from PP, DN 700 mm from SB, Rech. BXH 2000/1400 mm from SB, including shaft structures) for the RBA. Planning according to HOAI 2021: - Part 3 Section 3 (engineering structures) Performance phases 5 to 9 + local construction monitoring and operating manual (RBA) - Part 4 Section 2 (technical equipment) measurement technology For the RBA for operating monitoring, performance phases 3 to 9 and operating manual (measurement technology) construction phase 3a renewal or new rainwater channels (DN 400 and 630 mm from PP, DN 800 mm from B, Rech. BXH 2000/1400 mm from SB, including shaft building works) in the Wiesenstrasse (along the train line) up to Van-Den- Bergh-Strasse and z. T. in Bahnhofstrasse.
