The contractor (AN) must be the following requirements with regard to the requested Get service and implementation services as well as the subsequent service and operation (managed service) for a new data center as an IAAS solution (infrastructure as a service): - Provision of a server infrastructure including a storage solution - operation in an ISO27001 certified Data center - Top services for commissioning and migration of the existing virtual systems and data - ongoing services as managed service model (monitoring, managed backup, managed security etc.) - Service quota for changes and support
