Description:
S/4HANA migration S/4HANA migration The subject of the award is the comprehensive transformation of the ERP system landscape at Erlangen University Hospital. The project includes the technical conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA as well as the process transformations through SAP S/4HANA best practices. Specifically, the project order consists of: 1.Technical migration and implementation of the mandatory changes required for this 2.Standardization: Identification of possible improvements to non-standard functions Standardization 3. Process improvement: Identification of possible improvements through process optimization and/or new S/4HANA functions The implementation of possible adjustments from points 2 and 3 will be decided during the project. Included Costs/benefits and the impact on the project schedule are taken into account. The resulting tasks are planned as an extension of the project scope.
