Description:
The services of the VE 3.5.2 S-Bahn Munich MPAL Technical building equipment HKLS, media, de-icing essentially includes the construction of the technical building equipment in all buildings or in the entire system of the new maintenance facility with regard to the heating, cooling, ventilation, Plumbing, media supply and de-icing.
This building complex includes the following building parts: vehicle hall (FZH) and multifunctional hall (MFH), warehouse (LAG), administration and Social building (VSG), infrastructure building (IG) and energy center (EZ).
There are other buildings surrounding the workshop building complex are fundamental to maintaining maintenance operations and are also technically expanded in this scope of services. These are von Listed east to west: infra warehouse and carport (ICL), bogie warehouse (DGL), external storage roof (LOG), external cleaning and underfloor wheel set lathe (ARH), social and storage rooms for internal cleaning (IRA)
In particular, the following services must be provided:
- sewage, water and gas systems
- Heat generation system, heat distribution systems and network
- Ventilation systems and ventilation systems
- Refrigeration systems, partial air conditioning and full air conditioning systems
- Geothermal well systems
- Building automation
- Compressed air supply
- Media supply systems
