Construction of 3 air conditioning systems in roof centers, including the sewer network. All air conditioning systems are equipped with a heat pump.
Ventilation systems
Ventilation systems are required for the patient's sanitary areasguest rooms, for rooms with moisture load (shower rooms), changing rooms (odor nuisance), cleaning, storage and technical rooms and internal rooms or with windows that cannot be opened. Furthermore, there is the task of enabling cooling of the patient roomsis realized by conditioning the supply air. The AMEV guideline RLT- Anlagenbau 2 011 as well as DIN and VDI guidelines were used as a basis for the design of the ventilation systems. The air change numbers refer to the outside air change (fresh air rate).
System structure
Per buildingA central supply and exhaust air system is provided. The central device is installed in the attic. The necessary openings for outside and exhaust air are arranged in the dormers of the roofs. The devices themselves are equipped with a heat pump, which ensures coolingSummer or warming in winter is possible.
Sanitary areas of the patient rooms
