Framework agreement on the leasing of bicycles for the employees of the Salzlandkreis
Salzlandkreis, framework agreement - leasing of bicycles
The Salzlandkreis intends to offer its collective bargaining and the civil servants through deferred compensation. This is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing) and § 2 Paragraph 3 of the Saxon Saxony-Anhalt (State Salance Act Lbeslsa). The subject of the tender is therefore one Framework agreement on the provision of bicycles by leasing (partial amortization leasing) according to TV bicycle leasing for the purpose of providing employees for business and private use including insurance, training and services (in particular processing the order, return and damage processing processes, maintenance and repair, accident management and provision of an online portal). The framework agreement does not justify a claim to access a certain number of bicycles.
