The Luechow primary school is located on the southern Edge of the city of Luechow.
There is also a sports hall on the property.
From 2026, the Samtgemeinde Luechow (Wendland) obliges the students to offer a full -day offer including lunch.
The Existing cafeteria in the former courtyard of the school building is not sufficient by the space available and also technically (kitchen).
The SG-Luechow (Wendland) is therefore planning to set up a new cafeteria.
The lunch is output in 2 rounds, so that space is required for 150 students. The food is prepared in the "Cook and Hold" system. An option for switching to the "Cook and Chill" system must be taken into account in the kitchen planning.
