Description:
At the location of the JVA Billwerder in Hamburg-Billwerder, the new building? be built. The area requirement for the project is partially covered with an undeveloped area on the current institutional area of the JVA Billwerder and to another part by the addition of the area adjacent to the southeast, originally used for agriculture. In the course of advance measures, the existing wall was separated and expanded around the premises of the future youth institution. In the future, a total of 10 buildings as well as a CHP and on the site outside the detention wall 2 buildings with CHP 2 are to be built on the site within the adhesive wall. // The measure advertised here includes the sewage, water and gas systems for the 11 buildings of the closed enforcement. This measure also includes the development measures for the drinking water and gas connection of the closed full train as well as a pre-extension installation for open execution. // for 11 buildings with a total of approx. 25,300m² GABF - construction site equipment; - Sanitary and gas installations including WUM planning; - Connection lines in the outdoor area.
