Description:
The new "Hamburg Youth Institution" building is to be built at the Billwerder JVA site in Hamburg-Billwerder. The area required for the project is partly covered by an undeveloped area on the current Billwerder JVA site and partly by the additionThe guild is covered by land that was originally used for agriculture and adjoining it to the southeast.
As part of preliminary measures, the existing wall around the site of the future youth center was separated and expanded.
In the future, a total of 10 buildings as well as a cogeneration plant etc. will be built on the site within the detention walld 2 buildings with CHP 2 will be built on the site outside the retaining wall. //
The measure advertised here includes the sewage, water and gas systems for the 3 open prison buildings. Also included in this measure is the connection to the connection line outside. //
For3 buildings with a total of approx. 3,150m2 gross floor area:
- Construction site equipment;
- Sanitary and gas installations including W&M planning;
- Outdoor connection lines;
