The project is a new construction of a four -storey, five -day, state
Realschule with triple sports hall and grandstand, underground car park and a single-storey house for children for three creche and two kindergarten groups, as well as the entire outdoor facilities; Franz-Mader-Strasse, Munich
The building is divided into the following components:
- Realschule 5-Zuitig with cafeteria and apartment THV (RS)
- Triple sports hall with grandstand and the use of clubs - for approx. 200 people (SH)
- underground car park with changing - 25 parking spaces (TG)
- House for children with 3 creche and 2 Kindergarten groups (HfK)
