Brief description of the measure:
On the property of IGS Lindenfeld, in addition to the existing main building A complementary new building for a primary school. The almost square plot of land is on three sides of a 2-3m high brick Boundary wall edged. The border wall is surrounded outside of an approximately 2m wide sidewalk that is currently not completely accessible, which is owned by the city of Offenbach.
The old building, which remained in the company during the construction work, is in the middle of the middle of the building. In the south it stands up the property and divides the construction site into 2 areas. A bypass of the old building in the south is not possible.
The construction work is built in 2 construction phases. The 1st construction phase has already been created. The measure described here concerns the 2nd BA (Lautei e and component f).
