- The subject of the tender is the procurement of service with the aim of implementing SAP Successfactors (SF) as a suite with the associated services for a transformation program. In addition to the implementation of Employee Central (EC) including migration from SAP HCM & Integration Further modules at the MPG should also be implemented to SAP HCM, in which the salary statement and travel expenses management are still being handled. This is the module Time and Talent Management modules such as recruiting and onboarding. Since it is a major change project In addition to implementation (as Los 1), additional consulting services in the area of change management (as Los 2) are also traded. The licenses of SAP are provided by the client and are not part of the Procurement procedure.
