Description:
Construction of an apprenticeship home for the Cottbus location. Overall, a maximum possible bed and accommodation capacity of 114 beds or dormitory is planned. The planned building (dormitory) is said tobe built in solid construction. The property access takes place from the adjacent Willy-Brandt-Strasse to the access road of the residential system bypass and from there onto the building plot. To secure two independent escape routes, there is a staircase indoors in the interiormedium area of the building, planned. In the area of the southern gable, an outside staircase is planned.
