Description: The needs for authorities to make their files available digitally have been increasing for several years. With the "Scanning as Service" service, Dataport offers a solution with which large -scale stocks of paper documents can be digitized.
The subject of the award procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract for the digitization of mass script (lot 2), books (lot 1) and the regular inbox (lot 3). A total pages of 147 million pages for all lots is advertised.
We expect the following page numbers for the individual lots:
• Los 1: approx. 2 million pages,
• Lot 2: approx. 105 million pages
• Lot 3: approx. 40 million pages.
Dataport is looking for three scan service providers per lot.
