Scanner framework agreement Framework agreement for the delivery of scanning technologies including maintenance and care services The Central IT Operations of the Lower Saxony Justice Department (ZIB) operates a central IT infrastructure for 160 authorities ordinary courts, the specialized courts, the public prosecutor's office, the prison system and the outpatient judicial social service (formerly probation services). It is assumed that authorities located at the same location have the scanning infrastructure will use together. Therefore, a total of 147 scanning points have to be operated. The aim is to be able to read paper inputs in A8 to A3 formats with high-performance scanners and to be able to image oversized formats and physical objects.
