Framework agreement for the procurement of services for the digitization of files and documents
As part of this, the administrations should in the coming years be further digitized and work processes made more efficient and transparent. In addition, the Online Access Act obliges municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia to offer their administrative services digitally via their administrative portals, so that there is a need for procurement in the area of scanning services for the digitization of files and documents. The KDN intends to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor for services for the digitization of files and documents. Based on this framework agreement, each authorized user becomes responsible for their own responsibility retrieve the corresponding need for services and conclude a corresponding EVB-IT service contract. The contact person for all questions regarding this framework agreement is the KDN. The files and types of documents to be digitized concern administrative files including immigration office files, Construction files and building plans as well as so-called historical or contaminated administrative files.
