• Description:
• The subject of the service to be provided by the contractor is the catering for the students of the bound and open all-day school (hereinafter referred to as “students”) of the Elsbethenschule from the 2026/2027 school year with lunch on school days. The Elsbethenschule (hereinafter referred to as “school”) is currently attended by around 430 students. The number of students is subject to constant fluctuations, especially at the beginning of a school year, but also during the school year. So far, around 134 have attended Pupils take advantage of lunchtime care at the primary school. It can be assumed that in the future all children in full-day care will take part in meals. However, not all students take advantage of lunch on all school days. The The contractor has the right to provide other students and teachers/supervisors at the school with lunch on school days. The scope of services, the general conditions and requirements for the catering result from this service description as well as the other tender documents. School days are all days on which lessons take place. There are no lessons on weekends, during school holidays (announcement by the Ministry of Culture) and public holidays (public holiday law). Other Days on which there are no lessons for school-related reasons (hiking days, project days, school festivals, etc.) will be announced to the contractor by the school by Wednesday 9 p.m. of the previous week at the latest. The school is located in St.-Josefs-Kirchplatz 3, 87700 Memmingen, the place of performance in the former secondary school Buxacher Straße 8, 87700 Memmingen. The students as well as teachers and supervisors eat the meal in the catering rooms of the former secondary school. In the rooms there are approx. 100 places available.
