• Description:
• The subject of the service to be provided by the contractor is the catering of the students of the tied and open all-day school (hereinafter referred to as “students”) of the Theodor Heuss School with lunch on school days from the 2026/2027 school year. The Theodor Heuss School (hereinafter referred to as the “school”) is currently attended by around 459 students. The number of students is subject to constant fluctuations, especially at the beginning of a school year, but also during the school year. To date, approx. 66 students take advantage of lunchtime care at the elementary school. It can be assumed that in the future all children in full-day care will take part in meals. However, not all students take advantage of lunch on all school days. The The contractor has the right to provide other students and teachers/supervisors at the school with lunch on school days. The contractor also has the right to offer breakfast on school days. The scope of services The general conditions and requirements for catering arise from this service description and the other tender documents. School days are all days on which lessons take place. No classes take place on weekends during School holidays (announcement by the Ministry of Culture) and public holidays (public holiday law). Other days on which there are no lessons for internal school reasons (hiking days, project days, school festivals, etc.) will be charged to the contractor by the School will be announced no later than 9 p.m. on Wednesday of the previous week.
