Description:
The city of Bocholt - Department of School and Sport - intends multifunctional devices and printers including technical accessories ("finish") and corresponding hardware for administration and (cost center) administration for the period of 48 months from its 24 school locations in the city area of Bocholt.01.08.2025 to rent to July 31, 2029. In the Bocholt schools, Apple devices are used by both the students and the teachers. In the administration, clients with Windows are mainly used. The contract is intended in the form of a framework agreement with a precise calculation of the printsbe closed. The subject of the service is the rental of brand new, network-compatible, digital printing and copying systems as well as the delivery of the consumption materials required for the operation of these devices (without paper and film) including all disposal, maintenance and maintenance andMaintenance measures including delivery and collection at the respective locations. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the devices as smooth as possible and the different media corresponding to everyday school life.
