Description:
Drywall work: suspended blankets and fire protection structures
Main services:
- Dismantling/disposal of the old corridors made of wood -based material, approx. 850 m²
- Installation of new MF undercover, mainly in corridors, approx. 850 m²
- Expansion and time transferred reinstalling of matal panel undercover, approx. 275 m²
- Fire protection for drywall walls to F90, as well as the construction of new F90 walls, approx. 200 m²
- Installation of steel supports with fire protection clothing for fire protection, 36 pieces
Construction work in the inventory:
The entire measure takes place over a period of about 1.5 years.
Individual contract periods are defined.
Implementation of the changed requirements from a newly created fire protection report.
Replacement of existing suspended ceilings with new MF slope ceilings. Installation of fire protection constructions in dry construction, other drywall work.
Location: all floors UG up to 5th floor, mainly in corridors.
Construction time: approx. May 2025 to March 2027.
Execution: storey and section.
