Description:
The Federal Environment Ministry for the Environment, Climate Protection, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Security (BMUKN) requires legal support for opportunities to improve sustainability aspects in free trade agreements. to develop effective and right-wing options in order to strengthen sustainability obligations and assertiveness mechanisms in different trade contracts. Sustainability aspects are revised (including with Chile and Kenya).
Legal and political expertise is required in international trade contracts. Action options With regard to legal effectiveness and feasibility, the Federal Government can contribute to its own ideas and positions via the Council and memorize the European discussion.
