SCO - school campus Oldenburg - VE61 pollutant dismantling and demolition
The subject of this tender is the complete pollutant renovation of the main building and the gymnasium of the old Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium in Oldenburg in Holstein, as well as the complete demolition/ Dismantling of the building substance of the main building mentioned and a gymnasium mentioned
Furthermore, the arcade, which connects both buildings together and a bicycle shelter should be dismantled after the pollutant renovation.
The main building was in 1967 as a two -storey and Sub -basement brick construction on a base area (GF) of approx. 3,600 m2 including the 985 m2 -mounted courtyard. Gross floor area: approx. 5,690 m2 converted room: approx. 19,800 m³.
The slightly in the hall were a gymnasium (approx. 420 m2) in the southern part of the building and a teaching swimming pool (approx. 210 m2) and a gymnasium (approx. 120 m2) realized. In the central building wing, changing rooms, wet rooms and equipment rooms are built on a GDF of approx. 600 m2. In the 1970s, the teaching pool was filled and converted into a gymnastics hall. Gross floor area: approx. 1,500.
