The new building for the daycare center is placed in the north of the building plot and opened over the street "Steinstrasse". The new building consists of two above -ground floors. The building is built as a solid building without basement. The roof area is divided into gable roofs andFlat roofs. On the ground floor there are 3 children's crib groups, 1 mixing group, as well as staff rooms, output kitchen with dining room and technology rooms. On the upper floor, the 2 group rooms for the midday care of the schoolchildren and 3 kindergarten groups, multi-wake and multi-function room, as well as the administration are locatedAnd other technology rooms. There is a main staircase with an elevator, which ensures accessibility in the building, as well as an additional staircase. The building envelope receives 20mm mineral wool insulation and a plaster facade. The flat roof is carried out with a precipitation insulation, with aEPDM sealing and grinding. The gable roof receives a brick covering. The window elements are designed as plastic windows. The heat supply is ensured by district heating. The rooms are heated using underfloor heating. There will be decentralized ventilation devices with aHeat recovery planned. A lightning protection system and a PV system on the roof is also planned.
