The present construction project is the construction of an input and administration building for the IGA 2027 in Gelsenkirchen. The "EVG" is positioned in the north star park and in the immediate vicinity of the existing amphitheater. The planned new building is part of an overall measure that next tothe renovation of the former coal bunker contains the landscape revision of the entire north star park. The new building is planned single -storey without basement in wood construction. 01.
