Description:
Security service
The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for security services for the educational and conference center Northeim supervised by the RIM Hannover.
Task description:
The requirements for the contractor arise based on the DIN 77200. Optionally security services are also requested for events. Details are listed in the article "Applications -U. Times".
To prove and ensure the activities of the security staff, an agreement based on the above -mentioned DIN for regulating the individual details (e.g. power use, Work content (including the place of employment and running), duration of security service, emergency procedures, communication rules, equipment of the security staff, reporting) created by the RIM. This agreement becomes part of the contract.
Object tour:
Before submitting the offer, the Information about the local conditions by inspecting all objects affected by the security service. The bidder confirms the spatial knowledge of the objects concerned with his signature in the offer letter (form D.0). Later deferral because of special local Conditions are not recognized.
